Dr. Thomas completed his undergraduate studies at Penn State University. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Optometry degree as well as a degree in Visual Science from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Thomas completed additional training at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as well as internships at the Medical Hospital at Langley Air Force Base and the Katzen Eye Group in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Thomas has managed over 20,00 refractive cases. He has published extensively on the topic of refractive surgery and has lectured internationally.
